A standard free-zone license is typically issued in 3–7 working days from the day all documents are submitted. Mainland and offshore structures take 5–10 days. Bank accounts and residence visas land in week two.
Pick Mainland if you'll bill UAE customers directly or want to bid on government work. Pick a Free Zone if you're billing internationally, running a tech / e-commerce / consulting business, or want the lowest setup cost. We'll model both for you in the discovery call.
No. The license can be issued without you being on the ground. You'll need to fly in once for the residence visa stamping (medical + Emirates ID biometrics) — typically a 2-day trip.
Most banks still require a brief in-person KYC meeting. We pre-package your file with the right bank for your industry, so the meeting is short and the approval rate is high.
For most free zones and mainland LLCs there is no paid-up capital requirement — share capital is declared on the license but not blocked. A handful of activities (financial services, insurance) are exceptions.
