Idigov Group provides real estate advisory, property brokerage, company formation, visa processing, investment consulting, and professional education services in Dubai, UAE. All services are subject to availability and applicable regulations.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, use our website and services only for lawful purposes, not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission, and maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Payments and Refunds
Consultation fees and course payments are processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed in AED or USD as indicated. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment. Refunds are subject to our discretion and service delivery status.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Idigov Group and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Idigov Group provides information and advisory services in good faith but does not guarantee specific investment returns or outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
