Nakheel is Dubai's government-owned master developer behind Palm Jumeirah, The World Islands, Dubai Islands (formerly Deira Islands), and Jumeirah Beach Residence. Structurally important as UAE sovereign-backed, Nakheel post-restructuring (2010s) has returned to growth with major new launches on Dubai Islands and Palm Jebel Ali. Delivery reliability is strong on residential; slower on some legacy island infrastructure projects.
